Deelzon Marketing Service Private Limited (“Deelzon”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, process, and share your information when you access or use our website, mobile application, or any related services. By using the Deelzon Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
This Merchant Agreement outlines the terms under which a merchant partners with Deelzon. By joining the Deelzon Platform, the merchant acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
A merchant authorizes Deelzon to list its business, offers, images, and other relevant details on the Platform. The merchant agrees that all offers published through Deelzon must be honoured for valid members without alteration. The merchant is responsible for ensuring that staff members understand the offers and billing procedures associated with Deelzon redemptions.
The merchant agrees to provide accurate information about pricing, services, operating hours, and offers. Any changes must be communicated to Deelzon promptly. The merchant is solely responsible for service delivery, hygiene, safety, customer experience, and regulatory compliance.
Deelzon operates purely as a digital listing and marketing platform and does not assume responsibility for the merchant’s service quality, pricing decisions, employee behaviour, or operational issues. In case a customer reports dissatisfaction, Deelzon may attempt to mediate; however, the final responsibility lies with the merchant.
The merchant permits Deelzon to use logos, images, business details, and promotional material for marketing and advertising. All intellectual property shared by the merchant remains the merchant’s property; however, Deelzon may use it for promotional purposes during the partnership.
Either party may terminate this agreement with reasonable notice. Deelzon may immediately suspend or remove a merchant in cases of misleading practices, customer complaints, fraudulent behaviour, misuse of the Platform, or failure to honour offers.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction of the city specified by Deelzon.
