These Terms of Use govern your use of the Deelzon website, mobile application, and services. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must discontinue using Deelzon.

Deelzon operates as a digital platform that enables users to discover and redeem offers provided by independent merchants. We do not own or control the services provided by merchants, and the responsibility for service quality lies solely with the merchant.

To use Deelzon, you must be at least eighteen years old and must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities conducted under your account.

Memberships sold by Deelzon offer discounted access to merchant services for a fixed validity period. Membership fees are payable upfront and are activated immediately after purchase. Members are expected to review offers before redeeming them and must present valid membership information at merchants.

Deelzon offers a seven-day refund option subject to strict conditions. A refund may be issued only if no offers, coupons, QR codes, discounts, or membership benefits have been redeemed in any form. A refund request must be submitted within seven days of purchase, and after verification, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. If any offer has been used or if the refund request is submitted after seven days, the membership is considered fully consumed and becomes non-refundable.

Users are prohibited from misusing the Platform. This includes creating duplicate accounts, engaging in fraudulent referrals, manipulating app behaviour, reverse-engineering systems, or using the membership in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose. Deelzon reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Merchant services displayed on the Platform are provided directly by the merchants. Deelzon shall not be responsible for service quality, merchant availability, wait times, price changes, cancellations by the merchant, or differences in offers. We may, however, attempt to mediate disputes in good faith without assuming liability.

Payments made through Deelzon are processed by secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store card information. All confirmed purchases are final except as permitted under the seven-day refund policy.

All content on the Platform including text, images, graphics, software, and branding is owned by Deelzon or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or republish any content without written permission.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis. Deelzon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or merchant services. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Platform.

These Terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of Deelzon signifies acceptance of the updated Terms. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the city specified by Deelzon.
