Deelzon provides digital memberships that enable users to access merchant discounts and benefits. Since these services are activated instantly and provide immediate value, all purchases are normally non-refundable. However, Deelzon offers users a one-time seven-day refund window under specific conditions.
A user may request a refund within seven days of purchasing the membership only if none of the membership benefits have been used. This means that no offer, discount, coupon, QR code, or merchant benefit must have been redeemed in any form. If records indicate that even one offer has been used, the membership is considered consumed and becomes fully non-refundable. Refund requests submitted after seven days from the date of purchase are also not eligible.
Users must submit a refund request through Deelzon’s support team, along with the registered mobile number, transaction reference, and confirmation that no benefit has been used. Once the request is received, Deelzon will verify usage history and eligibility. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times depend on the bank or payment gateway and usually range from five to ten working days.
Refunds will not be provided for changes of mind, dissatisfaction with merchant services, accidental purchases where the membership was already accessed, or situations involving referral misuse or suspicious account activity. If a payment failure results in an amount being deducted without successful activation, Deelzon will process a refund automatically once the payment gateway confirms the failure.
Deelzon reserves the right to deny refunds if misuse, fraud, or policy violation is detected. Deelzon also retains the right to suspend accounts involved in chargebacks or false refund claims.
